Ceramic Seal faces have good physical and chemical properties such as high-temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, and wear resistant and also provide good sealing during operation. Ceramic with 99.5% high Aluminum oxide offers excellent wear characteristics due to its hardness. It is chemically inert and can be applied to nearly any product. Generally used in Spacecraft, Machinery Metallurgy, Printing, Dyeing, Foodstuff, Pharmaceuticals, Textile, and Acidic applications.
Teflon exhibits excellent mechanical and physical properties and can be used for temperatures up to 300˚C. Teflon is also an excellent choice for specialized chemical and industrial applications like Chemical, Petrochemical, Food & Beverages & Other Industries.
Graphoil is pure graphite. It is free from corrosion, embrittlement. Gaskets and Packing made from Grafoil can withstand temperatures from -200˚C to 1850˚C or as high as 3000˚C in the absence of oxygen. They can be used in conjunction with oxygen. Resistant to highly concentrated acids, hot oils etc. Recommended for use in nuclear plants as Grafoil products are unaffected by radiation.
